Practice Planning Tips
- Start with a short warmup that includes movement, catching, and flag pulling.
- Keep lines short so players get frequent reps.
- Use stations when possible: passing/catching, flag pulling, routes, and defense.
- Teach one or two core concepts per practice instead of everything at once.
- Rehearse substitutions and huddles so game day feels less chaotic.
- End with a game-like drill so players connect skills to real situations.
